Recently we announced that the Board of Directors had unanimously decided to move all aspects of our ministry in Honduras to Grace Farm which is owned by FCM. This means that construction of a mission home with wings for the youngest rescued girls and a wing for the youngest rescued boys. The mission house will house the teams that come to serve with FCM. There is also the need to construct a “Casita” for the older rescued girls. Our hope is to be able to break ground within a year. This of course depends on God’s provision of the funding. Our architect is busy drawing plans. It is difficult to get the exact costs but we are estimating the costs to be around $500,000.00 to accomplish all that we believe we need for this move.
As a faith ministry, we must depend on our supporters and all those who know what God is doing through our ministry in Honduras. When you think about the amount of money needed, it is daunting. But we have seen God provide over and over and this is no problem for Him. As we shared before, if we could get one thousand people to give $500.00 to our “FCM Move Fund”, this goal could be reached. We are asking that our supporters make a commitment to give $500.00 over the next year. Hopefully this makes it easier and more attainable for more people to make this move become a reality. Please pray and ask God what He would have you give. Remember your gifts are tax-deductible and you are making an eternal investment. Thank you!
